Article 2 - The Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock; Health; Environment and Energy; and Labor and Social Security complying with their Laws and competencies, will ensure the compliance of these provisions. Article 3 - Failure to comply with the provisions established in this Decree will timply the application of the sanctions that the General Law of Health, the Organic Law of the Environment, the Phytosanitary Protection Law and the Labor Code, without prejudice to the rest of sanctions established in the national legislation.
