For practical reasons and to facilitate reference and consultation the prohibited pesticides have been grouped and systematized, the systematized list of prohibited pesticides are under the responsibility of the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG), resolving the following:

- Captafol manufacture, import, export, distribution, sale, possession and use of is prohibited. It is noted that, on the date of publication of the action, this pesticide did not have any authorization for manufacture, import, sale, tenure and use.

- This information is included in the systematized list of prohibited pesticides with corresponding active substances.

- Exceptionally, the inscription of analytical standards used for the determination of analytes corresponding to pure active substances and metabolites used in monitoring programs, in residue studies in different matrices related to forestry and agricultural fields, or in scientific research will be allowed. The inscription must comply with the provisions of the resolution that regulates the entry of pesticides analytical standards.

- Violations of this action will be sanctioned as provided in Decree Law No. 3557.
