THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE

Agrees:

Art. 1 - Register of the following pesticides is prohibited by the National Plant Health Program, as harmful to health, and manufacture, commercialization or use in several countries have been prohibited: Aldrin, Dieldrin, Endrin, BHC, Campheclor ( Toxaphene), Chlordimeform (Galecron and Fundal), Chlordano, DDT, DBCP, Lindane, EDB, 2,4,5 T, Amitrole, Mercury and Lead Compounds, Carbon Tetrachloride, Leptophos, Heptachlor, Chlorobenzilate. Art. 2 - Registration is prohibited due to environmental contamination and toxic effects; and, due to the cancellation of the following products in several countries: Methyl, Diethyl and Ethyl Parathion, Mirex and Dinoseb.
